This 1-bedroom, 1-bath villa comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests, featuring a queen sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper chair in the living room. Two beach chairs are available for use. Enjoy premier pickleball just steps away, tee off at some of the state’s most iconic golf courses, or wander through legendary Harbour Town, all within easy reach.

Please note that while this is a first floor property, there are about 10 steps up and down to access the property. Sea Pines is a gated community, and all guests are required to purchase a short-term rental pass upon arrival at the gate ($20 cash). This pass grants you access to the community for the duration of your stay. The pool is open seasonally from June through August.

Great condo, beautiful location and very peaceful. The space was clean and organized. Right next to the beach, a minute walk and the trail takes you all around the island. Thank you Megan for a wonderful stay!

Megan is the best! She is quick to respond and willing to make it so special for you. She is a phenomenal host! The accommodation’s were better than expected. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Walk to beach, food, salty dog and market. Tennis and pickleball Courts - pool and bikes are available for renting. We had the privilege to see dolphins which were breathtaking. Sleeping accommodations for 4 adults was not a problem - as the bed/sofa bed and chair bed were so large and comfy. And WiFi was fast for working and two huge tvs for streaming if needed. We washed clothes and that was easy with the all-in-one! Thank you for having me. I’m definitely going back!

Megan was an excellent host and gave my wife and I plenty of great recommendations for food and activities around the area! It was a quick walk to the beach or to great restaurants which was exactly what we were looking for! Megan was incredibly quick with her responses and was able to answer all questions that we had about the area and the unit we stayed in. I highly recommend staying here for a quick weekend getaway to relax!
